Services and Excursions - Terms and Conditions

Third-party services are subject to availability.

Third-party services and excursions booked directly with the third-party provider and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Tulsayab is not liable for any cancellations or changes to third-party service providers.

Additional services booked directly with Tulsayab in advance of arrival are subject to the following cancellation policies:

Tulsayab Services

The conditions of service are explained at the time of online purchase.

Less than 24 hours in advance - a 100% cancellation fee is applicable, the balance is refundable.

No shows will be charged at full rate

Treatments programs and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Requests are processed every day from 10.00am to 6.00pm (local time).

The minimum notice for online confirmation is 24 hours, some services may take longer.

Tulsayab does not guarantee to process requests with less than 24 hours notice.

During the high season the notice times may be longer.

Prices or services offered by third parties may change without notice.

Please, check that your request complies with the availability notice.

Due to the global situation some extra services are temporarily suspended or may have limited availability.
